Willoughby Farm Summer Camp 2025 Week 2: Farm Foodies

Willoughby Farm is excited to host three specialty mini camps this summer. Each week is filled with expertly crafted lessons aligned with each week's theme and hands-on activities including hiking and scavenger hunts. Individual week-long and half-day camps operate Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12 pm for ages 10 to 13.

Week 2, June 16th - 20th: Farm Foodies
Farm Foodies Camp is an opportunity for campers to learn where their food comes from and how to grow their own. This farm to table experience will teach campers about the soil plants are grown in, walk them through choosing a style of growing, and help them understand how to reduce food waste. Camp concludes with a farm feast from the produce they have learned about. Campers will have a hands on experience understanding the life cycle of their food and feel empowered to take the skills they will learn with them!
